Option Description: Powder coating on both sides and all exposed parts less than 1,000 SQFT. Does not include tubes. Any color can be chosen from our RAL color chart or color can be custom matched. The SpectraShield® Powder Coating System includes:
- ASTM A 653 galvanized base coating treated with dual process rinsing agents in preparation for chemical bonding, gray baked-on base coat and gray baked-on polyester finish coat
- Zirconium pre-treatment followed by baked-on polyester powder coat, with color as selected; minimum 2.5 mils (0.065 mm) cured film thickness; ASTM D-3363 pencil hardness: H or better
