Option Description: Powder coating of fascia maximum 31'-4". Any color can be chosen from our RAL color chart or color can be custom matched. The SpectraShield® Powder Coating System includes:
- ASTM A 653 galvanized base coating treated with dual process rinsing agents in preparation for chemical bonding, gray baked-on base coat and gray baked-on polyester finish coat
- Zirconium pre-treatment followed by baked-on polyester powder coat, with color as selected; minimum 2.5 mils (0.065 mm) cured film thickness; ASTM D-3363 pencil hardness: H or better
